Test Parts


ACEO® “Sheet YX”
3D printed sheet in the YX direction for text specimen die cut in the Y direction. Dimensions: 95 mm x 120 mm x 2 mm (XYZ). One sheet fits three to four test bars depending on the test specimen.


ACEO® “ZY Sheets”
3D printed sheets in the ZY direction for test specimen cut in the Z direction. Five connected sheets are printed upwards as a “self-supporting” structure w/o support material. The part can be cut into five individual sheets. Dimensions: 2 mm x 35 mm x 120 mm (XYZ).


ACEO® EC Plate
Plate printed with electrically conductive material, allows for basic testing.


ACEO® EC Line
An electrically conductive line of material encapsulated in silicone with a pin-connector area.

A set of different lattice structures: 1) Kelvin cell 2) Schwarz P 3) Octet truss. These cubes demonstrate the compression behavior of different lattice structures, printed with silicone elastomers. Outer cube dimensions: 25 mm x 25 mm x 25 mm.

Technical Membrane
This membrane demonstrates a seal-type application. The middle section is made with one printed layer only and clearly shows the transparency of the silicone. Dimensions: 60 mm x 60 mm x 5 mm.

Robot Gripper
Robot grippers are a very popular application that shows the capabilities of a real 3D part (hollow structures) printed with real silicone elastomer (durability). The Gripper folds when air pressure is applied to the opening at the top.
